SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy
1. We currently ship only within the United States.

2. Shipping estimates and delivery dates are determined by the availability of the items you select and the shipping options you choose. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page, based on the shipping selection.
3. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

4. Label Friday charges a flat rate for the following shipping selections:

  • Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. The times listed are guidelines and not guarantees, as actual delivery dates are determined by the shipping carrier. Label Friday is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any interruptions in delivery. Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.

  • Orders are usually shipped the next working day. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. All sales are final. Products once sold cannot be returned for refunds or replacements, except in the case of wrong items being shipped or defective items. We will bear responsibility for returns in the case of wrong or defective items. Refunds will be initiated once the items are returned, inspected, and approved by our internal team.
2. Damage in transit must be reported to us immediately, with proper photos of the original mailing container, including shipping labels, address, tracking codes, and the damaged product(s).
3. All returns or damages due to transit claims shall be reported via email at heyfriday@labelfriday.com. All claims need to be submitted within 3 days of receipt of goods at the receiver's address, as shown in the shipping service provider's portal. Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the damaged products. A return label will be provided by us for all approved returns.
4. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to reach your credit card/bank account after initiation. However, the number of days mentioned are estimates. Label Friday is not responsible for any delays caused during the refund process.
5. In the case of a single item return within a multi-item order, a return will not be required. Instead, a refund/replacement will be provided after we have validated the proof of the issue.
